I had the distinct privilege of designing the cover for a book edited by Professor Dale Fisher, the Director of the NUS Centre for Infectious Disease Emergency Response (CIDER), and published by NUS Press.

The cover illustrates the theme of global cooperation and collaboration in combating the threat of infectious diseases, as exemplified by the COVID-19 pandemic. The design also subtly features representations of significant pathogens like Yersinia pestis (responsible for the plague), Filoviridae (the virus family that includes Ebola), Leptospira, Influenza viruses, and Vibrio cholerae (the bacteria causing cholera).

I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute my artistic skills to this meaningful project.
